Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer, Tier 3.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently resolve critical and complex customer issues, serving as an escalation point for advanced technical problems
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned products, providing guidance on PKI and cryptographic concepts
  • Mentor support engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of advanced technical support experience in PKI or related security technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux, including IIS, ADFS, and Active Directory
  • Strong expertise in PKI, ADCS, and certificate lifecycle management
  • Experience with SQL database analysis and cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
