Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Support Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Advanced Support Engineers, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback
  • Provide strategic oversight during major incidents and act as a senior escalation point for complex customer issues
  • Develop and refine training, processes, and best practices to improve team efficiency in handling high-impact situations


Required Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 7 years in a relevant field and a University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in incident management and crisis response principles
  • Comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio to guide the team effectively
  • Ability to think strategically about customer risk and process improvement
