Job Summary

To support a growing global team, the full-time Support Engineering Manager will oversee APAC support engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration across time zones while enhancing technical capabilities and fostering a customer-centric approach in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Represent APAC for the global support team, leading during APAC hours and maintaining shared standards
  • Engage directly with support tickets to stay informed and provide hands-on management
  • Collaborate with EMEA and AMER counterparts to ensure cohesive team operations and effective escalations
Required qualifications:
  • Strong technical foundation in Postgres/SQL, Linux, or backend engineering
  • Experience managing a technical team, with a focus on effective feedback and hiring practices
  • Operational instincts with a comfort in using metrics to inform decisions
  • Proficient writing skills in English for clear communication under pressure
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in user needs and experiences
