Support Group Facilitator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Group Facilitator (Independent Contractor).

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual group sessions for peers to discuss identity-related experiences
• Develop agendas and discussion topics for support groups based on expertise and lived experiences
• Provide feedback and participate in training to enhance the quality of support group offerings

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding and appreciation for the trans experience
• 2+ years of experience as a facilitator or peer support specialist
• 1+ years of experience facilitating virtual support groups
• Experience discussing sensitive issues within the trans/nonbinary community
• Consistent availability on weekday evenings and weekends
