Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Liaison responsible for providing administrative and operational support for case tracking and customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone inquiries and assist callers with issues
- Research claim payment issues to identify root causes and trends
- Document information and maintain positive customer relations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of healthcare customer service or medical claims processing experience
- Knowledge of healthcare and/or managed care
- Experience with medical coding and/or AMISYS preferred
- No employment-based visa sponsorship available
