Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Liaison responsible for providing administrative and operational support for case tracking and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and assist callers with issues
  • Research claim payment issues to identify root causes and trends
  • Document information and maintain positive customer relations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of healthcare customer service or medical claims processing experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or managed care
  • Experience with medical coding and/or AMISYS preferred
  • No employment-based visa sponsorship available
