Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Operations Analyst, AI & Automation to enhance customer support through operational improvements and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize support workflows to identify and resolve inefficiencies
  • Leverage AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms to automate processes and enhance support operations
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights on customer experience metrics and support trends
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in support operations, customer experience operations, or technical support
  • Strong understanding of support workflows and related tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce Service)
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or support operations
  • Hands-on experience with emerging AI tools and prompt creation
  • Familiarity with data flow between systems and APIs; SQL or BI experience is a bonus
