Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Operations Coordinator who will ensure efficient operations within the customer support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve operational infrastructure, workforce systems, and quality standards for the support team
- Implement and maintain scheduling systems for optimal coverage across support channels
- Manage quality management systems, including peer reviews, ticket scoring, and documentation audits
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, workforce management, or quality management in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in building and maintaining operational systems with strong process improvement skills
- Proficiency in data and analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets, basic BI tools)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
