Job Summary
Owning the analytics function for the User Operations organization, the full-time Support Operations Data Analyst will build and maintain dashboards and reports, translate support data into actionable insights, and track key performance metrics in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own recurring reporting for User Operations tailored to various audiences, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Translate support data into clear narratives to inform decision-making and actions
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for real-time visibility into support performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in support operations or customer success operations
- Proficiency in SQL, capable of writing complex queries against large datasets
- Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards in tools like Looker or Tableau
- Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively
- Comfortable working independently without a team to deliver results
