Job Summary
To enhance support efficiency for a growing customer base, the full-time remote Support Operations Engineer will audit workflows, implement automations, and resolve recurring issues while collaborating closely with the support team.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and optimize support workflows, tooling, and metrics to improve efficiency
- Deploy AI solutions for support processes while maintaining customer trust
- Identify and fix bugs that contribute to recurring support tickets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in support engineering at a technical SaaS product
- Familiarity with a full-stack JavaScript application and ability to read and modify code
- Experience building tools and automations to streamline support processes
- Practical experience deploying AI workflows in support or operations contexts
- Strong writing skills for clear communication in a remote work environment
