Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive systems strategy and roadmap by partnering with technical teams to optimize support tools
- Lead and mentor a team of program managers to deliver complex, cross-functional projects
- Design and optimize business processes while overseeing operational analytics and insights
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Operations, with at least 3 years of management experience
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and experience with technical deployments
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects from conception to completion
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
