Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Support Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive systems strategy and roadmap by partnering with technical teams to optimize support tools
  • Lead and mentor a team of program managers to deliver complex, cross-functional projects
  • Design and optimize business processes while overseeing operational analytics and insights
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Operations, with at least 3 years of management experience
  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and experience with technical deployments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects from conception to completion
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
