Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end performance of the Intercom platform and AI agent configuration, focusing on automation opportunities and customer journey enhancements
  • Serve as the primary expert for support technology, managing platform architecture and integration with adjacent tools
  • Analyze support performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and improve customer experience through data-driven initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Support Operations, GTM Ops, or Revenue Operations
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with support tech stacks, particularly Intercom
  • Proven experience in building and optimizing AI chatbots or automated customer interaction flows
  • Experience integrating support tools with CRMs and other platforms
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or N8N is a plus
