Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related fields
  • Minimum of five years of experience in customer support or support operations
  • At least two years of specialized experience in the financial institution or SaaS industry
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in problem-solving
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SaaS applications
