Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Execute strategic support initiatives and provide executive level reporting on progress and outcomes
- Evaluate and implement support technologies to enhance operations and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum of five years of experience in customer support or support operations
- At least two years of specialized experience in the financial institution or SaaS industry
- Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in problem-solving
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SaaS applications
