Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Operations Specialist who will design, implement, and optimize support operations and service delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of customer support workflows, focusing on scalability and efficiency
- Execute strategic support initiatives and provide executive level reporting on progress and outcomes
- Evaluate and implement support technologies to enhance operations and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in customer support, support operations, or service design
- At least two (2) years of specialized experience in the financial institution industry, SaaS, or project management
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to problem solving
- Working knowledge of personal computers, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SaaS applications
