Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Operations Specialist to manage systems and workflows for their customer support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the support tech stack, including optimization, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Lead AI and automation initiatives to enhance customer support efficiency
- Design and document support workflows and maintain operational reporting and data hygiene
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with customer support platforms at an admin or ops level
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools in a support context
- Comfortable working with or around code (JSON, HTML, CSS, JS) or eager to learn
- Experience with automation and integration tools
- Background in SaaS and Support, understanding the dynamics of high-volume support environments
