Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Operations Specialist to manage systems and workflows for their customer support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the support tech stack, including optimization, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation
  • Lead AI and automation initiatives to enhance customer support efficiency
  • Design and document support workflows and maintain operational reporting and data hygiene
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with customer support platforms at an admin or ops level
  • Demonstrated experience with AI tools in a support context
  • Comfortable working with or around code (JSON, HTML, CSS, JS) or eager to learn
  • Experience with automation and integration tools
  • Background in SaaS and Support, understanding the dynamics of high-volume support environments
