Job Summary
To enhance support efficiency, the full-time remote Support Operations Specialist will optimize workflows, implement AI solutions, and address recurring bugs while selectively managing support tickets for a growing number of publishers.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and improve support workflows, tooling, and metrics to enhance efficiency
- Deploy AI and automation to streamline support processes without compromising customer trust
- Identify and resolve recurring bugs in the codebase to minimize ticket generation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in support engineering for a technical SaaS product
- Proficiency in full-stack JavaScript, with the ability to read and modify code
- Experience building internal tools and automations to improve workflows
- Practical experience deploying AI workflows in a support or operations context
- Strong writing skills for clear communication in a remote work environment
