Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Operations Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complex and escalated support tickets related to account setup, billing, integrations, and CMS functionality
  • Troubleshoot technical issues independently and ensure high-quality, timely resolutions
  • Mentor Support Operations Specialist I team members and contribute to improving support processes


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Headless CMS platforms is considered a plus
  • Experience with Stripe and creating internal documentation is preferred
