Support Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Project Manager/Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of learning and development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify and analyze learning objectives and requirements
• Develop and design instructional materials using established learning theories and best practices
• Oversee the end-to-end project management of learning program development and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning content development
• Proficiency in using learning management systems such as Canvas or Cornerstone OnDemand
• Strong knowledge of tools like Adobe Captivate for creating interactive training materials
• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and project management best practices
• Experience in change management and implementing innovative learning solutions
