Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a remote capacity, the contract Support Representative I will handle inbound calls and inquiries, support various Human Resources functions, and utilize system tools to resolve issues in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls, chat, and two TMSS queues while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Provide general information and problem resolution related to HR policies and procedures
- Utilize knowledge bases and supporting documents to enhance customer service and facilitate warm transfers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in call center/helpdesk Tier I support
- Experience handling a high volume of calls daily
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems
- Preferred troubleshooting experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday
