Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a remote capacity, the contract Support Representative I will handle inbound calls and inquiries, support various Human Resources functions, and utilize system tools to resolve issues in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls, chat, and two TMSS queues while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Provide general information and problem resolution related to HR policies and procedures
  • Utilize knowledge bases and supporting documents to enhance customer service and facilitate warm transfers
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in call center/helpdesk Tier I support
  • Experience handling a high volume of calls daily
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Preferred troubleshooting experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday
