Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a remote capacity, the contract Support Representative I will handle inbound calls and inquiries, support various Human Resources functions, and utilize system tools and knowledge bases to resolve issues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage phone, chat, and two TMSS queues in a fast-paced call center environment
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy while providing information on HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver integrated customer service, including warm transfers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some previous experience in call center/helpdesk Tier I support
- Experience handling a high volume of calls daily
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems
- Previous troubleshooting experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday, preferred
