Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a remote capacity, the contract Support Representative I will handle inbound calls and inquiries, support various Human Resources functions, and utilize system tools and knowledge bases to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage phone, chat, and two TMSS queues in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy while providing information on HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver integrated customer service, including warm transfers
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some previous experience in call center/helpdesk Tier I support
  • Experience handling a high volume of calls daily
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Previous troubleshooting experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday, preferred
