Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Services Analyst to provide customer support for its products and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely support to customers via calls, emails, and chat across multiple platforms
  • Create and track support tickets, ensuring detailed documentation and appropriate follow-up
  • Manage a small team of contracted agents, providing training and handling escalations during peak seasons
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience using Google Suite products
  • 1+ years of experience in the Customer Service field
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a contractor cohort
  • Experience with CRM, chat, and telephony tools preferred
