Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Services Analyst to provide customer support for its products and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely support to customers via calls, emails, and chat across multiple platforms
- Create and track support tickets, ensuring detailed documentation and appropriate follow-up
- Manage a small team of contracted agents, providing training and handling escalations during peak seasons
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience using Google Suite products
- 1+ years of experience in the Customer Service field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a contractor cohort
- Experience with CRM, chat, and telephony tools preferred
