Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Services Associate to perform basic administrative and customer service duties for operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and respond to incoming email communications regarding service calls and updates
  • Process customer reimbursement invoices and claims, ensuring accuracy and validity
  • Provide backup support to the Receptionist/Switchboard Operator and assist with other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of six months experience in Customer Service or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to perform data entry at 35+ WPM
  • Familiarity with claims processing and customer service in home warranty or insurance is a plus
