Job Summary
Managing daily operations of the Support Services group, the full-time Support Services Supervisor will lead staff, oversee inventory management, and implement process improvements while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize staffing models to manage team performance and meet production and quality goals
- Oversee all areas of Support Services, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance
- Develop and implement department policies and procedures, monitoring compliance and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a related department
- Experience in a high-volume, data-driven production/quality environment
- Knowledge of complex data systems and relevant software, including MS Office
- Required licensures or professional certifications as applicable
