Job Summary

Managing daily operations of the Support Services group, the full-time Support Services Supervisor will lead staff, oversee inventory management, and implement process improvements while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize staffing models to manage team performance and meet production and quality goals
  • Oversee all areas of Support Services, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance
  • Develop and implement department policies and procedures, monitoring compliance and performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a related department
  • Experience in a high-volume, data-driven production/quality environment
  • Knowledge of complex data systems and relevant software, including MS Office
  • Required licensures or professional certifications as applicable
