Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Solutions Engineer, Big Data (L5).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and handle customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and automate support needs
  • Develop runbooks, improve support tools, and enhance the engineering support experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and improve product usability


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional support or engineering experience in Big Data technologies
  • Experience supporting platforms built with open source technologies like Apache Kafka and Spark
  • Proficiency in reading and writing SQL queries for data analysis
  • Experience in developing automation tools and scripts for process improvement
  • Proficient in at least one programming language, ideally Python or Java
