Support Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Solutions Engineer AMER - MSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy AVD environments and collaborate with clients to assess infrastructure needs
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during AVD deployments
• Demonstrate technical expertise in Intune, FSLogix, and Active Directory to resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
• Experience with virtualization technologies, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and DNS
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for automation tasks
