Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Solutions Engineer to provide technical support and enhance customer experience with their software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve complex software issues while providing exceptional customer support
  • Act as a point of escalation for Tier 1 support staff and collaborate with development teams to address software issues
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests and assist in training Tier 1 support technicians
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the Rental Industry, preferably with rental software
  • Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques, operating systems, and applications
  • Experience with SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
