Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Solutions Engineer AMER - MSP.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy AVD/Windows 365 environments and assist partners with configurations
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during AVD deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and support

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in technical support for Azure Virtual Desktop
Direct experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID
Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls
Experience with Windows 10/11/Server and managing custom images
Knowledge of Intune Policy Management and identity management concepts
