Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client experience by identifying and documenting client needs and issues, answering inquiries, and resolving issues
- Provide consistent, professional, and high-quality client support
- Establish procedures for client satisfaction and quality service delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Experience within a medical practice and/or EMR experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Apple platforms and bug tracking software
- Advanced Windows operating system troubleshooting skills
