Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Field live calls from patients and end-users to address technical issues
- Manage support tickets in Salesforce to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Troubleshoot DICOM, HL7, and FHIR integration issues, and assist with software upgrades
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise PACS
- 1+ years of experience with HL7 interfaces for radiology workflows
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare standards
- Basic understanding of network and server troubleshooting
- Experience working directly with end users and clients
