Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field live calls from patients and end-users to address technical issues
  • Manage support tickets in Salesforce to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Troubleshoot DICOM, HL7, and FHIR integration issues, and assist with software upgrades
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with enterprise PACS
  • 1+ years of experience with HL7 interfaces for radiology workflows
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare standards
  • Basic understanding of network and server troubleshooting
  • Experience working directly with end users and clients
