Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist - MyChart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and customer service related to electronic medical record (EMR) applications
  • Support providers, end users, and patients with inquiries and issues
  • Utilize a ticketing system or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for tracking support requests
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • One year of related work experience in customer service or information technology systems support
  • Prior work experience in a healthcare environment and/or with EMR is preferred
  • Experience with a ticketing system or CRM tool is preferred
