Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreaches to members and providers regarding service initiation and continuation
  • Handle member calls and inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with benefit questions
  • Manage a large caseload, communicate member issues, and monitor member screening effectively

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience in managed care or healthcare industry working in a Call Center or Care/Case Management Department
