Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist I (MT/PT).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all support tickets and assist with live chat support as needed
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators on escalated support issues and track user feedback
- Develop processes for customer satisfaction and manage incentive payments
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing support role
- Experience providing support through written formats (email, live chat, etc.)
- Experience responding to a high volume of customer support tickets and chats
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- Must have a United States address and be authorized to work without Visa sponsorship
