Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist I (MT/PT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all support tickets and assist with live chat support as needed
  • Collaborate with Project Coordinators on escalated support issues and track user feedback
  • Develop processes for customer satisfaction and manage incentive payments
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing support role
  • Experience providing support through written formats (email, live chat, etc.)
  • Experience responding to a high volume of customer support tickets and chats
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • Must have a United States address and be authorized to work without Visa sponsorship
