  • Review and analyze incoming data following detailed processing instructions
  • Communicate effectively with clients and maintain consistent communication with team members
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or operations support role
  • Ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks
  • Availability to work specific hours: Wednesday and Friday 7-3pm PST, Sunday 10am-6pm PST
  • Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and professionalism when handling sensitive information
