Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide excellent customer support for its growing client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support to existing clients via phone and help desk software
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer-submitted tickets
  • Assist clients with system functionality and features while maintaining documentation of interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Freight Brokering, Trucking, or Logistics is a must
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Experience with supporting SaaS Transportation Management (TMS) platforms
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support is a plus
