Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to existing clients via phone and help desk software
- Respond quickly and accurately to customer-submitted tickets
- Assist clients with system functionality and maintain accurate documentation of interactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Freight Brokering, Trucking, or Logistics is essential
- 2+ years of experience in customer support is a plus
- Experience with supporting SaaS Transportation Management (TMS) platforms
- Willingness to participate in after-hours On-Call Rotation for critical issues
