Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with software to maximize efficiency, profits, and satisfaction
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues related to the software

Required Qualifications
  • Prior software support experience
  • Technical acumen to diagnose and resolve client issues
