Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist I to assist with processing claims for Social Security disability insurance and Veteran's Disability Appeal Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process administrative tasks to build claimants' case files, including demographic and client-specific data
- Mail correspondence to claimants or the SSA while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Conduct follow-up activities with government agencies and maintain confidentiality of claimant information
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service-related field
