Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide excellent customer support for their SaaS Transportation Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to existing clients via phone and help desk software
- Respond quickly and accurately to customer-submitted tickets while assisting clients with system functionality
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and other teams to ensure customer needs are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Freight Brokering, Trucking, or Logistics is required
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to evaluate customer issues efficiently
- Experience supporting SaaS Transportation Management platforms
- Willingness to participate in after-hours On-Call Rotation for critical system issues
