Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist (U.S. Nights).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to live chats and emails within SLA windows and manage cases through to resolution
  • Troubleshoot account access issues, order and shipping status, and payment flows effectively
  • Identify and escalate fraud and safety situations, while documenting potential chargebacks and payment disputes
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years in high-volume customer support, preferably in chat and email environments
  • Proven ability to meet SLA targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Strong written English skills with the ability to adapt tone across various customer interactions
  • Experience with modern support platforms and familiarity with tools like Notion and Slack
  • Reliable and accountable with schedule commitments, particularly for non-traditional hours
