Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist-1 to assist primary care/case managers with non-clinical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to newly enrolled members regarding services and equipment
- Complete onboarding assessments and escalate issues to case managers as needed
- Document calls and manage member inquiries related to benefits and services
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Work experience in effective communication
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
