Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and customer support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to routine and escalated service requests, tracking and documenting issues while maintaining confidentiality
  • Plan and implement system configurations for proprietary applications and troubleshoot advanced SaaS system issues
  • Provide technology support for internal customers and ensure 24-hour technical support availability through on-call rotation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in computer science preferred
  • 1-2 years of direct customer service experience and experience in a service desk environment required
  • In-depth knowledge of DBM/PBM applications and related systems
  • Technical certifications are strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office, and various technology support tools and systems
