Job Summary
Support Specialist, a remote, full-time position responsible for managing customer support tickets, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining product documentation to ensure customer success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and triage inbound support tickets, ensuring efficient routing and adherence to SLA expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and maintain incident protocols
- Assist in onboarding new customers and support product configuration tasks
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in software support or customer service in a tech-driven environment
- Strong technical aptitude and a commitment to accuracy in tasks
- 2+ years of experience in the multifamily domain is preferred
- Experience with helpdesk systems and project management tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership in a startup environment
