Job Summary

Responding to service requests and troubleshooting issues, the full-time remote Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries, provide technical support for proprietary applications, and ensure 24-hour technical assistance for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to routine and escalated service requests, tracking and documenting issues while maintaining confidentiality
  • Plan and implement system configurations for proprietary applications and troubleshoot advanced SaaS system issues
  • Provide web application orientation and technology support to internal customers, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in computer science preferred
  • 1-2 years of direct customer service experience and experience in a service desk environment required
  • In-depth knowledge of DBM/PBM applications obtained through relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency with business and communications software and familiarity with Windows OS and related technologies
  • Technical certifications are strongly preferred
