Job Summary
To support a growing technology platform, the full-time remote Support Specialist will respond to service requests, manage system configurations, and provide technical support for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to routine and escalated service requests while documenting and tracking issues
- Plan and implement system configurations for proprietary applications and troubleshoot advanced SaaS system issues
- Provide web application orientation and technology support for internal customers, ensuring 24-hour technical support availability
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in computer science preferred
- 1-2 years of direct customer service experience and experience working in a service desk environment
- In-depth knowledge of DBM/PBM applications, with relevant experience in ordering, billing, and procurement
- Technical certifications are strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office, and various technical support tools and systems
