Job Summary

Supporting creators and internal teams, the full-time remote Support Specialist will deliver timely and accurate assistance related to creator earnings, tracking, and collaboration payments while investigating discrepancies and troubleshooting issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to creator commission, analytics, and payment-related inquiries from stakeholders
  • Research and resolve concerns related to commission tracking and reporting discrepancies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex creator support cases
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Advertising, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical support issues in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing technologies and familiarity with social media and influencer marketing
