Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Democratic campaigns and progressive organizations, the full-time EA-Support Specialist I will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance remotely, ensuring clients effectively utilize our tools and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and empathetic responses to inbound support requests from clients
• Triage and resolve client issues by collaborating with internal teams such as sales and product
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and participate in team meetings and training sessions

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in Democratic and progressive politics, with experience in compliance, fundraising, or email tools for political campaigns or nonprofits
• Familiarity with NGP8, EveryAction, VAN, or VoteBuilder in a user or leadership capacity
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer relations or a related field is valued, though not required
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and maintain attention to detail
