Job Summary
To support the Client Services Department, the full-time Support Specialist will assist in operational activities to ensure client satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams and providing excellent customer service while working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Implementation Specialists to plan and execute client wellbeing programs and services
- Build and maintain client relationships post-sales, implementing programs under the guidance of the Client Services Support Team Lead
- Provide consistent information to team members and stakeholders regarding project expectations and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in account management or customer service is preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a business-to-business environment
- Strong passion for client service and wellbeing
- Professional maturity and business acumen
