Job Summary

To support the Client Services Department, the full-time Support Specialist will assist in operational activities to ensure client satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams and providing excellent customer service while working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Implementation Specialists to plan and execute client wellbeing programs and services
  • Build and maintain client relationships post-sales, implementing programs under the guidance of the Client Services Support Team Lead
  • Provide consistent information to team members and stakeholders regarding project expectations and outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in account management or customer service is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Strong passion for client service and wellbeing
  • Professional maturity and business acumen
