Job Summary

Joining the Customer Support team as a fully remote Support Specialist, the individual will provide ticket-based support to live Affiliates and Partners across a range of products, ensuring high customer service standards while occasionally handling phone support.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing ticket-based support to Affiliates and Partners across the product suite
  • Collaborating with third parties and acquirers to ensure compliance and functionality of customer solutions
  • Updating and creating internal documentation and contributing to projects aimed at improving customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with customers, preferably in the payments or FinTech industry
  • Proficiency with customer ticketing systems, such as Zendesk
  • Familiarity with the payments industry and key concepts like gateways and processors is preferred
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
