Job Summary
Working remotely, the Support Specialist will provide exceptional email and phone support to restaurant guests and owners, efficiently resolving issues and maintaining effective communication while managing a high volume of tickets daily.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide inbound and outbound support via email and phone using the Zendesk ticketing platform
- Resolve an average of 70 tickets per day with a focus on achieving high quality and efficiency metrics
- Communicate technical issues to users and the development team, ensuring follow-up and resolution
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Zendesk
- Ability to explain abstract concepts clearly in both oral and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
