Job Summary

Working remotely, the Support Specialist will provide exceptional email and phone support to restaurant guests and owners, efficiently resolving issues and maintaining effective communication while managing a high volume of tickets daily.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide inbound and outbound support via email and phone using the Zendesk ticketing platform
  • Resolve an average of 70 tickets per day with a focus on achieving high quality and efficiency metrics
  • Communicate technical issues to users and the development team, ensuring follow-up and resolution
Required qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Zendesk
  • Ability to explain abstract concepts clearly in both oral and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
