Job Summary
Empowering travel advisors through innovative technology, the full-time remote Support Specialist will provide top-tier support, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Champion customer needs by delivering prompt and effective support to travel advisors through chat, email, and one-on-one interactions
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems while providing expert guidance and clear communication
- Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting or financial tooling, with experience in technology products for business owners
