Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve routine questions and problems
  • Record and manage all client service requests using the internal tracking system
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and various departments
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting/MIS or other business-related degree, or relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of Windows applications
  • Intermediate level of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and encourage teamwork
  • Desire to increase technical knowledge
