Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve routine questions and problems
- Record and manage all client service requests using the internal tracking system
- Serve as a liaison between clients and various departments
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting/MIS or other business-related degree, or relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows applications
- Intermediate level of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and encourage teamwork
- Desire to increase technical knowledge
